BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor) announcement on

Dear Customer,

September average IFO-180 LS (1.5% sulphur) Rotterdam price was EUR 302.25/ton.

Pls see the graph herebelow.

The price went slightly down but still stayed in the same band of EUR 300 – 325 and

didn’t cross the eur 300 line thus not trigerring the BAF change.

The BAF will stay one more month at

EUR 112/TEU (EUR 17/TEU on Hel-Muuga v.v., EUR 56/TEU on Kla-Muu/Hel v.v.).

For shipments on ’door’ terms we calculate BAF as percentage of the through

freight rate. The ‚door’ BAF will stay at 23%.

Valid from 15.10.2009 till 14.11.2009.

This announcement is not valid for feeder cargo which has it’s own BAF system.
